I offer a personal and varied service from listening to all your concerns to supporting you using cognitive training and practical solutions. Whether you see me once or require frequent sessions, my aim is to understand your situation and help you make positive and purposeful decisions for you.
Sessions can last from 35 minutes to over an hour. With minimal paper administrative tasks for maximum time spent with you, my success is your increased happiness and positive change.
